I visited Broadstairs for lunch with my friend Sharon in May 2023 and instantly fell in love with the place. By July, I knew this was where I wanted to be, and by September, I had made it my home.

During one of my visits, I discovered a shop that resonated with everything I love—healing, yoga, crystals, incense, and more. The store, known as Nirvana Nurture (previously Native Self), felt like a perfect match. One day, while walking past, I noticed the owners were looking to sell the business. In that moment, I knew it was meant to be. The synchronicities were undeniable, right down to the postcode matching my initials.

As a wellness practitioner specializing in Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Bioenergetics, and Kundalini Yoga, I’m now thoroughly enjoying building a community here and sharing the work I’m passionate about. ❤️
