I’ve never been one for technology or polished website copy. Honestly, I’d much rather be writing messages in the sand on a tropical beach, surrounded by like-minded souls.
But stories matter. And I believe understanding where we come from helps us understand the work we’re here to do.
I was raised in a household that looked at life a little differently. Guided by my mum, an incredible homeopath, I grew up immersed in alternative medicine, nature, and the understanding that healing doesn’t always come from conventional places. Homoeopathy, herbs, remedies, intuition and reverence for Mother Nature weren’t “alternative” to me, they were simply life. That upbringing shaped everything I am today, and I continue to live and raise my family in deep gratitude to the natural world.
Being brought up this way made me different. At school I was often called a “freak of nature”, a label that once stung but now feels like a blessing. Orange plastic in my hair, animal print outfits, cats everywhere, and a deep love for fairies, tarot cards, crystals and all things magical and misunderstood, I stood out. Looking back, I now translate “freak of nature” as “one with nature”. To be different in a world that rewards conformity is not a curse, it’s a calling. I now raise my children to colour outside the lines, to be fully themselves, because authenticity is where true power lives.
From a young age, I seemed to naturally find people who needed help, lost children, people in trouble, souls in need of support. Or perhaps they found me. I’ve always trusted that quiet guidance, the unseen hand of the universe placing me exactly where I was needed. It doesn’t speak in words, but through signs, intuition, and a deep inner knowing. I’ve always listened.
At fourteen, my sister Annie and I created our first dance entertainment company and academy. Alongside close friends, we spread joy, movement and healing across London from the year 2000 onwards. Dance was my first medicine, a way of holding space, expressing emotion and connecting people back to themselves. In my early twenties, this evolved into The Beat It Project, where we worked in secondary schools supporting young, vulnerable girls through creativity, wellbeing and honest conversation. Looking back, these were women’s circles in their earliest form, sisterhood, witness, healing and support. The path of women supporting women was already unfolding.
In 2016, following the birth of my incredible son, I experienced my own dark night of the soul. Postnatal depression, anxiety and severe panic attacks became part of my reality. It was a time that felt hopeless and suffocating, until I made the choice that I could not live that way anymore. Through alternative healing, deep inner work, spiritual connection and listening to my body, I changed my path. I healed. And in doing so, I uncovered powerful tools that I now share with others.
As I deepened my connection to my intuition, guides and spiritual sight, I began offering one-to-one healing treatments for friends and family. Word spread organically, quietly, and beautifully. I was guided early on not to collect endless qualifications, with the clear knowing that one day I would be creating the courses myself. In 2022, I created my first course, A Guide to Becoming a Conscious Soul, with more offerings and projects unfolding for 2026 and beyond.
Some of my greatest spiritual learning came when I lived alone in Costa Rica at nineteen immersed in rainforest, humanity and service. Helping in orphanages, learning Spanish and salsa, and deepening my connection to nature and spirit. That land still calls me. Pura Vida.
In 2017, my family and I moved to the sea. That move changed everything. Living by the ocean in Broadstairs on the Kent coast awakened my healing abilities in new ways. The sea healed me and in return, I learned how to help share this with others. From this chapter, Sea, Spirit & Stones was born inspired by my love of the ocean, spirituality, and my lifelong relationship with stones and crystals.
Stone Bay holds sacred energy for me. A place where worries are released, anxieties washed away, messages received, and spirits lifted. A place that grounds, restores and recharges, a living portal of light and remembrance.
Today, through Sea, Spirit & Stones, I have the honour of working with hundreds of beautiful souls those who walk through our store’s doors, women who attend circles, individuals who receive one-to-one healing, and those who journey with us through retreats and self-discovery. These are hearing the call, awakening, remembering who they are and reclaiming their power.
I don’t see myself as someone who heals others my mission is to guide you back to your own ability to heal yourself. To remember your truth. To reconnect with nature, spirit and your authentic self.
We are living in times that call for more light, more compassion, and more courage to live from the heart. The universe is always guiding us. The remedies are all around us. We simply must stop, listen, remember who we are and change the tides together.
