Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a holistic bodywork that unfolds on a comfortable floor mattress during sessions (90 minutes). Unlike traditional Ayurvedic massages, AYM uses only a minimal amount of oil. During the massage, you’ll experience the stimulating and detoxifying application of Calamus root powder, skillfully applied with slow, deep strokes using the hands and feet.
